No matter where you are based these days making money on internet is same for everybody. All you need is dedication and passion to take up opportunity and work for your passion. But working for your passion needs lots of discipline and many of us (yes including me) lack that discipline. So let us see answer this question today – How to work from the comfort of your home?
Disadvantages of Working from Home 
Working from home has many disadvantages and let us discuss the other side of coin today
- You need lots of discipline to keep you driving. There is no boss and this means there is no one on top of you to say when you should start and when you call it a day. I myself have quite a few 16 hours day and I still have them quite often.
- You should not start your work too early and work late in night suits or pyjamas. If you start doing this there will be hardly anytime you will give for yourself. You will not realize but you will become workaholic.
- Working in non-productive environment. You may always think that you are working from your home and is very comfortable but also make sure your environment is productive and there are not much external factors which make the environment un-productive. It could be anything as simple as your kids playing around.
Now its not all doom and gloom and there is light on other side of the tunnel as well.
Advantages of Working from Home 
I control things
- I determine what work I want to do, when and to an extent how.
- I make money, not benefits like a pension plan, insurance, etc.
- I control my own profit or loss.
- I can set my own hours of working and the day I am not willing to work becomes weekend.
No one to Boss me
- No training or extensive instruction on how to do my job.
- More I work more I earn. In job it is my duty to work for more hours than I am paid for.
- I am not subject to an employee evaluation process where no matter how good I work I always see ways to improve myself.
Miscellaneous
- More time for family
- Good work atmosphere
- Can take a day off on days I feel like not doing anything.
Final Thoughts
If you have passion to be an entrepreneur I am sure you will find a way to work out the disadvantages and that is the right way to work from home.

Hello my friend, you just spoke my mind here. It is almost 5 years now that I have been working from home and the disadvantages you have stated here applies very much in my case. Prolonged exposure to the computers have limited me to become an workaholic now. Even when I am seeking refreshment I cant find anything else other than my computer to find means of getting entertained. Have totally minimized socializing now. I hope this situation does not get too bad and we may talk amongst ourselves to overcome from the constant work blues.
Work from home for me is just like a self ruled job .. you don’t work under anyone .you are the only boss.

Simple. All money that comes into my account less the business expense less any tax exemption is the money I pay the tax for .
