When to Write Press Release

The right time to write a press release is now. If it is bit tough to get it done now then you should at least have that kind of mindset so you never miss to get a PR out. According to me the best time to write a press release is

  • Announcement of new product or services.
  • A case study about you or your employee achievements.
  • Somebody joins your team with high level of knowledge that can lead to more revenue making opportunities.
  • Some award or recognition to you or your company.

Writing press release is an art because these days’ press releases are not meant only for reporters with experience in specific industry but is meant for more common audience like customers, bloggers, investors…

The most important aspect for any press release should be to avoid any technical jargon’s which may become difficult to understand by a person not in your industry.

Apart from making it simple, it should also include extra information which can help understand the press release story better.
