I know when it comes to Adsense you cannot disclose your actual CTR but if you read the Google Statement here and I quote
Clickthrough Rate (CTR) – The other factor that influences earnings is clickthrough rate (CTR). CTR is a measure of how often users click on your ads. For example, if you receive one click on your ad after 100 people have viewed that ad, you are said to have a CTR of 1%. Once again, the “average” CTR for a website will vary based on the site. However, for a larger site, 1% might be considered a decent clickthrough rate.
Which clearly means that Good websites get click ratio of close to 1% i.e. every 100 people visiting your site you would get 1 click on an average. Recent survey done by Chitika also confirms the same that only 2% Of Internet Users Pay For 100% Of Internet Content

So if you would like to increase your CTR you should understand that which user are more likely to click on your ad and show them more related high paying ads so you do not clutter your pages with lots of ads and also get the maximum revenue out of your traffic. What’s a good CTR? I work with affiliate marketing in Sweden and I’m interested in getting a higher CTR.
With Affiliate marketing you don’t concentrate on CTR but mainly on conversion.
