When you launch a new site or product you should not forget to work on your older ones where you have been doing all the hard work. I have seen many people are so excited about their new site or product that they actually tend to ignore the older ones. Ignorance may be on many fronts and I have seen majority of people ignore areas like marketing budget or personal time dedication or even resource allocation.
So remember it’s good to prioritize the new ones but it should be without compromising the older ones.
Last few years I have launched many forums and blogs. Many have gone beyond my expectations many haven’t. This does not mean I do not work on Go4Expert.com anymore at any point of time. I always and still give maximum time to Go4Expert.com no matter what and how much other site interests me in terms of traffic or money.
