True words. Some bosses are complete idiots and have no business even being a boss. Some people were meant to be in charge it’s as simple as that. It frustrates me when I come across bosses that just don’t get what the hell they’re doing. Just because you founded a company or was put in charge by a higher power, does not mean you know how to lead.
