How many ads are too many? Share what you think about so many ads? Aren’t they annoying? Are you also doing the same mistake as Webmaster – Having too many ads?
Update: When I was writing this something happen with the live streaming window and now each time I open the live streaming URI, I see the same first over in which Irfan Pathan was not running hard each time. Pathetic.

You know what Shabbir? I was thinking exactly that while watching the match on my Tab.

Yes that is what I also did but then each time watching that first over was annoying and so ultimately switched to TV when I could.
We are at the beginning of an end of the era of interruptive irrelevant display advertising. Native advertising is catching up fast. But performance marketing will not phase out display ads. Display ads are here to stay but needs to get more contextual, interactive, relevant and less interruptive.
That is not going to happen unless the big marketing minds in those big companies focus less on branding and more on customer acquisition and retention.
