When it comes to submitting to directories many people do not think this to be a very good and viable option. I am also of the same belief. But there are people around in many forums like DigitalPoint, G4EF and many other forums where people provide very cheap manual directory submission services. Knowing not much of a return I will get, I still prefer to get a service for thousand odd directory submissions. It hardly cost 10 USD. That is damn damn cheap. Isn’t it? This is the main reason I always prefer to have directory submissions done for my websites.
Apart from taking the offered list of directories for submission I go one step further and suggest few of my niche directories for an extra fee. This just helps me in more than one way. I know the submission is manual and also get links from not only vanilla directories but also from niche directories.
Have you done any directory submission for your site? If no it’s time to react. If yes how much did you pay for it?
But if you are not planning to subscribe through Email. Try subscribing to RSS.

hELLO Shabir,
I read your SEO posts. Can you suggest any good reliable link break checker? I did not find any good site when googled.
My blogspot spotted a link break, not in content side but in Navbar side. I came to know about it when I examined my blog for link break using one of link break check websites online. I am not able to spott this llink break in my blog site some how since it is not in its contents but in NAVBAR.
DO you suggest any good LINK BREAK TRACKING sites Shabir?
Thanks
You don’t need a link breaking checker site but see for 404 errors in your webmaster tools or get your 404 error pages smart enough to notify you about the broken links.
