As Google’s +1 Button gathers more data it will appear in Google SERP’s but according to me it will fail when implemented in SERP’s for multiple reasons.

PayPal was not compliant with RBI Guidelines for almost a month but recently I hear from lot of other fellow Indian webmasters that PayPal is slowly but surely implementing them.

You may be aware that Indian’s cannot send money from PayPal from 1st March 2011 and this forced me to stop Support open source campaign but this does not mean Go4Expert will stop its Donation campaign.
