I never had any issues when it comes to getting Adsense check but my friend Yogin of ManagementFunda.com have issues when it comes to getting his monthly Adsense payments on time and so he asked me to look into it.
After looking into the issue I found that there is no issue in his Adsense account but the actual issue is with BlueDart delivery service. The status of his BlueDart shipment as of 9th is still Shipment Handed Over To Agent/Subcourier Information Awaited.
I asked him to talk with the BlueDart people and when he did he found that BlueDart have some Subcourier to deliver his shipments and this is the main reason for the delay each month.
So if you have similar delay in getting Adsense your check then first let us look into the important dates for Adsense Payment Schedule
- Earning Report gets updated by 5′th of every month
- You may edit your payment preferences latest by 15′th for it to take effect before the payment processing for current month.
- Payment get’s processed by 25′th assuming you have crossed minimum threshold of $100.
- In India, Check will reach be delivered to you by BlueDart between 3′rd – 6′th of next Month
Do refer the Official Note on the same as well.
What if you have not received your check by 6th?
Ideally you should request a check re-issue but I will suggest you to wait for couple more days for Google to update the tracking details in the Adsense payment history page.
The Tracking Number on Adsense looks takes time to update and it looks like – BlueDart###########
Get the numeric numbers and track your check status
- Go to the Bluedart.com
- Enter your Tracking Number in the Tracking tool in the left column.
- The current status of your check will be displayed.
In my case I get the check delivered before I see the tracking number details in my Adsense account but if you have don’t get the check, waiting for it is best possible option till the payment history page have the tracking number details.
If your tracking number is not available in your Adsense account by 10th of the next month you should then either contact Adsense for the Tracking Number details or even go for Re-issue of your Adsense Check.

Hi Shabbir, I’m waiting for my first adsense check but it hasn’t got delivered yet. My friends living nearby have got their check for the same month. my check was released by google on 27th march, 2012. When i track my check on blue dart with the payment number (without 0), it shows “number not found”.
Please help. what should i do?
Hi Nilesh, your friends are right and Adsense checks are delivered and so either you can wait for few days for Adsense to update BlueDart tracking number details or you can contact your local blue dart people (who are more likely not to entertain you much.)
Can you please tell me when will google update BlueDart tracking number??
Normally few days after you get the check and it is updated in my account.
I think my check will come via speed post that is why my BlueDart Track ID has not been updated.
There is no other payment option other than BlueDart for Indians. Is your payment address in India?
No i have read in many threads that if the area is not under BlueDart service, the check will come via EMS speed post. Although i live in panchkula and its a well established city, i don’t know why its not under BlueDart service!!
Nilesh, that might be and I cannot comment on that because I have no clue about that. What you can do is call the customer care number of BlueDart and verify about their services in your area.
If you want you can let me know the process for non-bluedart service area and I will be more than happy to add that into the above post with due credit to you.

I made this comment because my check from Global Test took yet to reach me even after 12 weeks!
Now they are saying they can reissue my check. That means, waiting for another 6-8 weeks (minimum waiting period for check delivery in India)!

Is there any other way to get paid from google adsense other than through CHECK for people in India? Any kind of online transfer or through paypal or something like that?
Usually, check payments from outside India often get delayed due to many reasons. Sometimes it gets lost in between as well causing further delay.
For people, residing in small towns or city outskirts, check payment is not ideal because most of the time courier people some times return the courier if they find it difficult to locate address.
No for India Adsense don’t have any other payment option.

Thanks for the Dates you have mentioned on your post. I was looking for this kind of post with a Indian Webmaster. I asked many times on DP but not get any perfect answer. This month i will get my first ever cheque. I’m very excited. But the problem is in my area i don’t have any blueDart courier. We have only DTDC. The office of BlueDart that serve our area is about 50 KM away from my resident. That’s why i’m worry of my cheque.
The pleasure is all mine and if you have a BlueDart office slightly far away I think it may take a day or two extra for getting the check. Wait for the blue dart number from Google before acting on re-issue.

No not yet but normally it is by 5th of every month and luckily we have a Holiday on 5th and so I don’t expect it before Monday.

I made lots of changes and added valuable contents and all but every time when I submit my blog site URL I get the same response! They never approve my blog site and never disclose the reason either.
Do you have any solution Shabir. I have two blog sites now and each one has more than 20 posts at present. Both my blog sites is active for more than 9 months now and I keep adding new posts every times I gets time. My first blog site has more than 3600 visitors so far. Is this enough to get approved? Please explain. Your valuable inputs are very much needed to take things forward.

I always get my cheque through Indian Postal Services Register Post.
Never faced any issue with the timeline except once when the cheque was mis-delivered to Sri Lanka.
Adsense does not offer Indian Postal Service Register Post option and how you use that?
